My dog instantly started drinking more. It’s super quiet and I can rest easy knowing my dog is drinking the freshest water possible! Love it!

I ordered the water fountain and extra filters up front. My dog never adjusted to it and I reached out to the company twice to get return instructions. I have yet to hear anything from company on how to return for a refund. On top of that, I got an email saying 'ypur order is on the way' in the subject....nothing else and was charged another $60 that I did not authorized. My original order was #179448. Very disappointed and consider this a scam. Do not purchase thru this company. I've attempted to reach them 3 times....no response to date yet.

We are happy with the water bowl, seems to work as advertised. I don't like that it stops pumping sometimes and it is not out of water.

Ordered on September 05,2026 Received virtually no communication after they took payment. It is now September 19,2026, miscellaneous items arrived, no fountain. Searched emails that claim all was shipped on September 9. The fountain supposedly is about 6 miles from my home since September 9. Called the customer service number AI says it is being processed, call back in a few days. They claim it can be tracked on Shop, yet it does not show up on my account. In today's world if your shipping and communication is bad you will never survive. We only purchased this because we have friends that purchased and had great results with the product and company.

Our 6 dachshunds figured the fountain out nearly immediately. When I fill the pan up and put it down, they stand around and stare at it till i put the fountain top back on to drink. They obviously prefer their water from it. Just hope it helps their breath! We're still in our heat warnings, so it's important to keep them hydrated.
Response from Get SeleneSep 19, 2026
Thank you so much, Patricia! We love hearing that your six dachshunds took to the fountain so quickly! 🐶🐾❤️ It sounds like they’ve made it very clear that they prefer their water this way! We’re especially glad they’re enjoying it during the heat and getting plenty of water throughout the day. We hope they continue loving their fountain and that you notice some fresh-breath benefits too! 🐾❤️ Thank you for choosing Selene for your six pups! -The Selene Team
