I ordered a Selene pet bowl on July 27th... similar to what other people are experiencing the package supposedly got sent back after not being able to deliver due to zip code. I have emailed numerous times. They even sent me new filters for a bowl I never received and I can't get ahold of anyone to return them to get a refund. I'm now going to have to get a different bank card because they are charging me for a filter subscription I never signed up for.

Absolutely love this fountain. Not only is it quiet and holds a great amount of water but both my dog and cat drink twice as much water as before. It’s great and I’m grateful. Can’t leave out customer service too! They are extremely helpful and accommodating and reply to emails quickly. You have won a loyal customer!

I'm finding that my dog is drinking more water and I don't have to fill her water dish as often. I've got the 7L water bowl for my labradoodle...

I got the 7L fountain I love it I have 2 dogs a pit mix and a chocolate Labrador they both use the fountain I love that it’s quiet the water level window the charge port on the back of fountain top the filters r easy change area. I was worried about them drinking the slime from a bucket I had from other dogs. Now I don’t worry so much I would definitely recommend this fountain because it’s a good thing for my Dogs to drink healthy

I am extremely happy with our new product! I have three large dogs and one of them refused to drink out of the traditional water bowl but absolutely loves the new one! Super easy to use and definitely makes me feel better about the quality of water the babies are getting! Thank you!!

I have been waiting for over 30 days for a new top to arrive. I was told it would be sent to my address, THE TOP RUSTED BEFORE I HAD USED IT FOR ONE WEEK. Customer service is horrible. The product is not that great. I can’t even get them to return my money with their 365 day money back guarantee.

I put the fountain next to her old bowl. She totally avoided the fountain and did a wide circle around it. Continue drinking from her bowl for two days then she got curious and watched the water come out of the faucet. Finally, she went over and took a lick of the water and I guess decided it tasted pretty good. She then continued going to the fountain for her drinks and I removed her old water bowl.

Thank you so much for sharing this, Shirley! 🐶🐾❤️ It sounds like your girl needed a little time to get used to her new fountain, but we’re so glad her curiosity eventually won out! We love hearing that she’s now choosing the fountain for her drinks. Thank you for giving her the time to warm up to it and for choosing Selene! ❤️ -The Selene Team
