Perfect for my dogs They consume more water than ever. And the customer service impeccable!

Really happy with the fountain! My dog got used to it pretty quickly and I’ve definitely noticed him drinking from it more often. I also had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly and were actually really helpful. Everything was sorted out without me having to go back and forth a million times. Overall, really happy with it 😊

Update as of 10/3: After I reported on TrustPilot, Selene customer service answered my email as advised. They apologized for the delay, and offered two options as I had already ordered the correct filters to replace the incorrect ones. They had refunded me the amount requested and I did receive the filters in the mail as well. I will give it 3 stars for the trouble I had to go through for this experience (and we seriously thought it was a scam at first) but that the water fountain is working as expected and it is easy to maintain and clean. But I don't think the dogs drink more water than before switching. And when we do empty out the unit twice a week, we still see residue in the unit. ------------- I am having the hardest time getting in touch with customer service. The Info email (two email accounts info at get-selene dot com and info at selenepets dot com) or the intake form are not being responded to. As the intro order asked me if I wanted to add a 12-pack refill filter to my 7L wireless fountain, I said yes to the $65 add-on. I was sent the wired model filter, which do not fit the wireless model I have. I asked for a refund or exchange but I have not heard back and I am beginning to wonder if this was a scam. I am very frustrated with this experience. Please reach out with a solution, Selene!

I would give a 5 star review if it wasn’t the case that it’s extremely difficult to get an answer to my email. I’m trying to halt the next order for filters as when I took up the offer for the Selene fountain, I also got 6 months supply of them, therefore I would really appreciate it if I could postpone the next monthly instalment for a few months. But I have had no answer to my request. Which is extremely frustrating and disappointing, to say the least! Otherwise I’d like to say that our dog is drinking a lot more water than he was, which is what we wanted. It was easy to order, even though I live in the UK. But as I’ve already stated the company’s communications are not that great. I keep on getting encouraging emails about how to order the fountains and to tell others about it, but no communication about my query. If there’s anyone within the Selene Company who would like to look through the emails or even supply me with their contact information I’d be very grateful thanks.

Our dog loves his fountain, it’s the xl wireless. We love it for him too! Super easy to keep it clean and love how much junk the filters take out of the water! Excellent product!

Your not a trustworthy Company. I already reported you to the Better business bureau with complaints about your costumer service and not answering emails in a timely fashion l also told them about your lack of phone service. You have total disregard for your costumers and you don't care whether or not I get my package. I still don't have a confirmed delivery date for my order. If I don't get my order I'm contacting my bank and getting my order back from you.

This situation is beyond frustrating. Order #66538 was for a water fountain my elderly parents purchased for approximately $150. It was a significant splurge for them, and the fountain began leaking and became unusable after only a few months. It has now been over a month of trying to get this resolved. My father and I have sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly, and provided the information requested. The pattern is unbelievable: Selene responds almost immediately when I leave a public review, tells me to email them at their info@ email address and says the matter will be prioritized, and then does not respond to the emails. I emailed them again yesterday both before and after they responded publicly to my review. Still no response. No meaningful update. No shipping confirmation. No tracking information. No resolution. This is especially upsetting because this purchase was for my elderly parents, who are not particularly tech savvy and should not have to spend more than a month chasing a company to honor its product and customer service commitments. They feel completely taken advantage of, and I don’t blame them. I have already reported the matter to the Attorney General’s office and will also be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. At this point, I am simply asking Selene to do what it has repeatedly said publicly that it would do: resolve the issue and provide either a replacement with confirmed shipping and tracking information or a full refund. It should not require repeated public reviews just to get a company to respond to its customers. I will continue documenting this experience publicly until order #66538 is finally resolved.

I loved the concept and because I have 2 cats that don't drink enough water, don't drink out of the plastic water fountains that I previously purchased, and drink only from sinks and bath tub drains, I thought YES!!!!!! Finally, a device that they will get plenty of fresh water and healthy kidneys. It's been 5 weeks and they still don't drink from it (it's been maybe a handful of times that I have seen them). I'm not sure what else to do.
