This company has zero customer service. I purchased the water fountain and immediately canceled my order,as I found out I was getting one as a gift. They responded trying to change my mind on the return and then I never heard back. There's been no refund issued and if they do ship it, they charge the customer to ship the item back. The item should have never shipped as the order wash canceled 5 mins after it being placed. Horrible company. This is when you need 0 stars.

I’m not a bot. I’m a real person. I love this product because it really gives me more free time to take care of my family member. The 7 L keeps me from having to continually wash & fill a regular bowl 2 to 3 times a day. I hope that they make a larger one for giant breeds. This product has been a game changer for me. Ordering was a snap, no hiccups or gotchas. The product was easy to assemble, instructions were clear. Changing out the monthly filters is easy. My 4 dogs use the 2 fountain water bowls regularly. No health issues noted.

The product arrived damaged and then they autocharged me for a subscription that I did not order. Their customer service is nonexistent. There is also no place on their webpage to address reoccuring charges if you did autosubscribe to something. This company is a scam at best!

The unit works well and gives my dog fresh water all the time. I do not have to clean it very often which is a great help.

Based on the research I read, I was not the least bit surprised to see my dog's reaction to his new water bowl. The first 2-3 days, he'd walk over to it, sniff at it, and go to his regular bowl. I left it out until he felt comfortable with his new one. The third day he tested the water spout with a paw, more like I would have expected from a cat! Then walked away. But the next day he started to drink from it. And drink. And drink. Then drink some more! The increase in his water consumption has been amazing! (So has the increase in the number of requests to go out - hahaha, although that is slowing down again - just more pee each time.) But the part that came as a genuine surprise to me was just this morning, about 3 weeks into using the new fountain. I have been adding the tooth care liquid to the water everyday as directed. From earlier research, I truly wasn't expecting much from it. But my 10-yr-old Havanese has horrible tooth tarter, plaque and stains on his teeth. I've tried everything to no avail. He's had formal dental cleanings, although his back teeth aren't typically much better even immediately after cleaning. Today I thought I'd just take a look, because I thought his front teeth were missing their usual brownish tint. His front teeth are really pearly white!! Clean looking as can be! Even his canines are white with only a light tannish color still by the gums. In the back of his mouth there are still chunks of plaque, but I can see where some chunks are actually missing! And his gums are no longer swollen and sore looking! I think the combination of the fountain and the tooth care liquid is the best thing I have ever done for his overall health! He's had a UTI in the past from not drinking enough. Problem solved! I have been avoiding anesthetic for tooth cleaning because of the added risk to him due to age. Problem solved! Thank you so much Selene!! PS - I am a senior on a fixed budget barely (some months not) getting by. The cost of the fountain, even on sale was prohibitive for me. But I knew the vet bills were easily more if there was even one more UTI. And forget the risk on the cleaning - where was that kind of $$ coming from?? This fountain has truly been the best use of my money! I feel so much better spending it like this than giving it over to ridiculously priced gas, food, etc!!!
