Good product

We have a Golden and an English Lab. It took two days of encouragement and they were off. They consume about two quarts of water per day. My Grand dog is pit and Bassett and he had no hesitation to drink. My neighbor brought her Papillon and Jack Russell to visit and they loved it. I add water daily and clean thoroughly weekly. Waiting to see results about Dental drops. Great product.

We’ve had our Selene water fountain for a couple weeks now and am so excited all our dogs are using it. It took a couple days for them to figure out it’s a water bowl but now all 4 use it daily. I have a traditional water bowl for them as well and they all prefer the Selene. I bought the smaller one and though it requires filling it more often I love it. Easy assembly and it warms my heart to know my pups are getting fresh filtered water because the water isn’t stagnant. ♥️

I am upset about the customer service… I am upset about the customer service not responding. I have sent several emails regarding my pump that stopped working after two months. I purchased the pumps for life and never received any information on that and can't find how to utilize the pump for life on the website. I have not had a pump for my fountain for a week now and I really need to get it working again. I like the product but it needs a pump to be effective. It keeps my messy dogs slobbery water clean. So I did what they asked and sent them my purchase info and referenced Trustpilot and still have not heard back from Selene. Please respond how I can utilize the pump for lift that I paid for. You guys have the worst customer service. You tell everyone the same thing and still don't respond. You need to show your warranty info and how to use the pump for life on your website.

I purchased this waterfowl for my 2 dogs. This worked out great. Was nice for them to have fresh water and gave me a break from washing their other metal bowl every day. Love this product and great customer service

I think the Selene water bowl for dogs is a great product. Definitely worth the money to not have to constantly fill your dogs bowl multiple times a day. Very satisfyied.

This company is a fraudulent company. They will not accept a return no matter what you do. They will drag it out even though they admit that they sent you a damaged product. They WILL NOT just accept back their product and give you your money back. This has been going on for months now. First an offer of free filters, then an offer of just keep it and get 30% back, now they are ghosting me. THEY ARE FRAUDS. Last time they responded with an apology and an email address for their company where they spelled their own company name wrong - TWICE.

It's a solid water bowl, easy to clean and easy to fill.
