I have purchased their dog fountain water bowl and the package came damaged in shipment to my house . I have emailed them six times and even included the pictures of the defective item that I paid for. I only received one response back because they needed the pictures of the defective product. It was Wednesday October 7th 2026 that the email was sent to me from selene.com.I have emailed them since September 30th 2026 I also included a picture of the defective item at that time that I emailed. I don't get how many times they would need pictures of the defective item before they do anything or reimburse me on the product And according to their website they said they'll get back to you soon that is not true. I've spent a lot of money on this item for my dogs they need to take in consideration that the people that are buying their products they need a respond in a more timely matter on incidents that goes wrong when you get the product defective.

I have had this large plug in dog water bowl for about 8 months and am pleased with it. My dogs really enjoy it and the freshness with filtration is a big deal. The window water level could be bigger which makes seeing water level much easier! The Stainless Steel could also be of better quality as it easily scratches. Overall this is a 4 star product and I would buy again

Purchased a stainless steel water fountain for our dogs. A month into using it the motor no longer worked. We emailed the company immediately since there's a 3-year warranty. A month of back and forth and nothing has been accomplished. Response takes minimum week and a half from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Waste of time and money!!!

Bowl seems to work as advertised. Just a few things the company needs to improve. First, filter install instructions. What side goes towards water? Smooth side or slotted side? Very slow shipping. Waited for the bowl for longer than expected. And response time asking for when bowl would arrive was very slow. Logging into my account was a hassle, but customer service responded very quickly to my emails. Overall, as long as the bowl works as described, and at this point I am assuming it will, I would recommend the bowl. Just be very patient!

Hi Terri, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! ❤️ We're glad to hear your fountain is working well so far, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding along the way. We're sorry for the delays and difficulties you experienced, and we appreciate you letting us know where we can improve. As for your question about the filter, the flat side of the lid filter should face the filter case lid, with the other side facing downward. If you need any more help with the setup, please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]. We'd be happy to walk you through it! Thank you for your honest feedback and for still being willing to recommend Selene, Terri. Your suggestions are valuable to us, and we'll be sure to share them with our team. We hope you and your furry friend enjoy the fountain! 🐾❤️ — The Selene Team

The pump worked for several days then stopped. Customer service is extremely slow and non-responsive with solutions. This is a poor quality product not backed by any sort of satisfactory resolution. There are less expensive and better models out there.
