At first he wasn't into using it but in a day or two he was really drinking like a champ. Glad I bought it at a sale price but if it helps my dog stay healthy, it's worth it. Love seeing all the filter cleans out. I fill it twice a week, clean it once a week, and will be a complete month on the 15th. Yes, he drinks more than his previous bowl. So win win.

I had a self inflicted problem connecting pump.No fault of the product but mine for not reading instruction before hand.Got an immediate reply from their help line. Happened to be taking care of a friends dog and the family had been concerned about her low water intake. She has been drinking constantly from the new fountain and obviously enjoying the fresh water,They plan to buy one on returning from vacation.I am more than happy with the product.

My cats look forward to feeling them at morning, noon, and night. They lay in the carport just waiting for the door to open. I have tried every kind of food and this is the only they will eat. They will feed on it all day long. Never seen cats so contented after eating. I have raccoons and possums that love it too.

Reading reviews is often a way to judge an item your interested in purchasing. Health concerns for yourself often lead to your fury family members as well. What I have discovered about my Selene watering system for pets is experience, time, and my pets health. The stainless steel bowl, cover and parts are all health conscious benefits. The stories of there pumps failing, are just that. Clean out the pump, use filtered water, and use clean filters and years later, my pump is working fine, any issues were addressed with a little air and a good cleaning. My dogs love it, should it run empty, they still lick the bowl, even with a full water bowl next to it. Awesome product

At first my dogs were a little wary but, after a couple of hours, they used it like they'd had it years! One small concern is the 'drumming' sound when its nearly ready to be refilled. We have tiled floors and the noise is quite distracting! Still, works fine and the dogs have no problems!

The water tank is awesome! My dogs drink more water then ever before. I just wish the filter supply could cost just a bit less. I would highly recommend this purchase
