Scam! NOT Risk-Free! We spent $154.30 for a water purifier…
We spent $154.30 for a water purifier and extra filters for our dogs. It's missing a crucial part so I asked to exchange it because their policy is 365 risk free purchase. They offered 30% to keep the faulty product which will end up in a landfill because hey do not offer exchanges. So it was very risky because now I'm out all of the money because other purifiers from legitimate companies (1/2 the price, btw - I should have researched more) don't have filter slots that match these pods. That is probably done on purpose. Don't buy from these scammers. Check Chewy.com, Amazon.com, etc. You'll spend 1/2 as much and be able to exchange or return your product if needed.
