The design and convenience are 5 star…
The design and convenience are 5 star rating. I have given a 4 star rating because my dogs took a long time to use the unit. I am still not sure how much they are. I am unable to be there 24/7 to watch them drink from it. It do not see them use it very often. I can only tell by how much is gone when I refill and clean it. And it doesn’t appear to be much water gone.

Selene pet fountain
It is a much better design than my old fountain. Customer service is great too. My pups had to get used to motion sensor operation. Only wish there was an off switch for quick maintenance.

We also wanted to share a little tip that might make maintenance easier for you! Your wireless fountain actually has an on/off function. Simply press and hold the power button to turn it off, so you can easily pause it whenever you need to clean or maintain the fountain.

Great purchase
First, I love the product. It has been very easy to maintain and my dogs have adapted very well. Second, there was a minor issue with my order and I reached out to customer service. I found them to be extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Great product and even better customer service!!

The Selene Pet Water Fountain is a fantastic product! The quality is excellent, the motor is remarkably quiet, and the filtration system does a great job of keeping the water clean and fresh. But the real endorsement comes from my cockapoo, Ziggy, who absolutely loves it! He's drinking water more frequently throughout the day, which gives me peace of mind knowing he's staying better hydrated. It's thoughtfully designed, virtually silent, and a wonderful investment in your pet's health and well-being. Ziggy gives it four paws up, and I couldn't agree more! Highly recommended!

I was wanting cleaner water for my pets. I knew that the tap water & the bowls even tho stainless steel weren't that healthy for them. I'd been praying over there water every time I filled them up but I knew it wasn't the best & then I was painting for one of our clients & she had one for her cats. She said they loved it & it was filtered & clean. Then I started seeing ads for the Selene fountains. I knew then that was the answer. I thank y'all Sooo very much for there water fountain. I have a full blooded Australian shepherd & two smaller cats. Bow dog, Pepper, & Olive & they love the Selene water fountain & they all share it. I don't have to fill it up every day. I fill it up every 2 days. Which is lovely because I was having to fill there water bowls twice a day & the best part is it's clean water for them. Many thanks to Selene for helping my fur babies be healthier. God bless all of you.
