I purchased the Selene dog water fountain in April this year. It's been great. The dogs love it and it's very easy to clean, replenish and maintain. After 6 months I noticed an issue with the pump. After trying to resolve the issue on my own, I reached out to the Customer Support team and they were incredibly quick to respond. They asked for a few pictures to further identify the issue and now they're sending a replacement. This is top notch customer service.

We bought two of these water fountains. One for our two small dogs and one for our bunnies. You have to clean it out every 3 -4 weeks. Also instructions on which way the filters are supposed to go would help. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I don't have to clean the bowl every day and our animals get fresh water instead of stagnant water.

To be totally transparent I only received my 7 L wireless water fountain today. So far I will tell you this. It is easy to put together using the instructions, in English, I do not know if they have any other languages. My dogs have all adapted to it well. Tip, I didn't realize that you have to charge the fountain before you use it. I am using sensor mode so when they go to the fountain to get a drink they set off the sensor and the water starts to flow and stays until they go away. I have a puppy who loves the water so I will see if I have a flood in the morning!!! I am delighted with it thus far. Totally recommend. It is just so great to have a 7L bowl, I was constantly filling up their old bowl as all of my dogs drink constantly in the heat. The nicest surprise was customer service, I had a couple of questions and contacted them, I think they responded within seconds, it was shocking. I had to contact them again for clarification same response time. Even though I am a new owner, thus far it has been a great experience and would recommend 100%.

I got the wrong filters and customer service fixed it for me and the new filters are on their way. My dog loves the bowl, and so does the neighbor's cat!!

Ive had my Selene water fountain since May 2026 and the dispenser/sensor unit just stopped working. Selene's customer service evaluated the issue via a video I sent, determined the problem and sent me a replacement all with 48 hours. Great customer service! thank you!

I had a great experience with this company. My questions were answered rapidly. I am hoping I can get at least a 70 inch Type C cord that is long enough to go from the wall outlet to the water fountain.

Although the fountain piece does not work, the war fountain as a whole works and my Maltipoo enjoys it. It’s easy to maintain and silent when used. This is a good investment for your furry friends.
