I love this watering bowl for my dog. Easy to set up, don’t need to refill as often, water stays clean. Daisy was reluctant to use it at first but now she really likes it!

Great experience and customer service
I recently ordered a pet fountain for my dogs from Selene. The fountain works very well, is easy to clean and fill, and, most importantly, my dogs love it.
I also purchased extra filters to stay ahead of keeping a clean bowl for my pets. I had an issue where they accidentally sent me the wrong type of filter packs. They responded almost immediately to my reply, offered a solution, and sent out replacements right away.
One of the biggest questions when ordering from some of these companies online (outside of product quality) is customer service. If you have an issue, how will you be heard? Are you going to send an email that never gets answered? I can confidently say to anyone reading this that you will not have to worry one bit if you place an order with Selene. Communication is quick and personable. It's not some automated message. It's a real person, offering you a real-world response.

I’ve had my unit for about 3 weeks now…
I’ve had my unit for about 3 weeks now and both our schnauzers love it. I REALLY LIKE the fact that it has a motion sensor so that it doesn’t run continuously.
I have had a few issues/concerns which hopefully will be resolved soon according to the customer service team (via email).
1. Shipping was very slow and the box was so badly beat up and falling apart that I feared the unit would be damaged. But thankfully it’s of such great structural quality that it was unharmed!
2. As other reviews have mentioned the instructions are VERY vague and the photos are barely helpful.
3. I paid for the 12 extra filters but was surprised to find that they sent the wrong ones. The ones I received were not the same size.
Once I reached out via email I received a VERY prompt reply apologizing and asking for photos which I sent. They responded back within 5 minutes apologizing again and saying they would ship out the correct size the next day. True to their word the next morning I received an email with a tracking number for the replacement filters.

I did not realize that dog's water…
I did not realize that dog's water starts collecting bacteria after 6 hours I would have purchased one of these for my dog years ago as soon as I found out and saw this dog fountain it's the best thing my dog is drinking so much more water than he was and he loves it.

Great water dish, I have two!
I am so happy with my water fountain from Selene. I have three mini doodles and they are so happy to get the fountain rather than drinking out of a bowl. Previously my puppies chose to drink from the pool and ignore their water bowl. Now they drink from the Selene fountain all the time. I have had some plastic fountains, but they get icky so quickly. The stainless steel make it so easy to clean and stays clean a lot longer. I love the motion detector function so it only runs when the puppies are close, and the charge lasts like a full week. I can hear when the water is getting low, but I wish that the window in the front of the fountain had a floating ball that was visible to indicate the water lever, so I never let it get low. Here in the desert it evaporates fast. But hey, this fountain dog water bowl is fantastic!

The Selene water bowl
I purchased the Selene wired water fountain pet bowl for my golden retriever and my cat. They have always shared a water bowl and now they both love the Selene bowl. Selene states that your pet will drink more water..very true. I love watching them drink from it. Both of my pets love this product. Also, Selenes customer service is amazing.
