Our dogs and cats love this water fountain! It is perfect for all 5 of our animals. The large basin holds enough water for it to last for days! We are very happy with our purchase!

The fountain we received from this company was not as advertised. The base bowl is not 304 stainless as they claimed rather it is likely a 200 series stainless. I have a chemical test and magnet test proving this. I tried to kindly point this problem out and they responded with a note saying describing how 304 can be magnetic under certain circumstances. This I know which is also why I backed it up with a chemical test. They also changed the design of the filter pods which is fine but the new design leaves a nearly 1mm gap between the filter and the housing which allows the water to simply run past the filter pods. They are unwilling to admit there is a problem even after I sent photographic proof of that problem. They will not refund or replace the defective filters and they have offered to "kindly" refund me 50% the price of the fountain and allow me to keep it so that I don't have to ship it back to China for a refund. Buyer be warned the fountain we received cost maybe $20 to manufacture and the filters they supply cost pennies to make. I wish we had never heard of this company.

This is pure bullshit. The company doesn’t respond to emails, no phone service, unit came defective and return policy is buried in fine print although on their site it says 30 minutes or 365 days you can return no questions asked. Hmm. Be aware that the filters you buy for the unit are not returnable, they don’t provide an address to return and you pay fees to ship back. Unit does not go into continuous mode and in three days of use my dog looked at it once and ignored it after that. The ads are deceptive typical Facebook crap and these reviews are fake. Do not buy. Selene and its parent company Ivy ECommerce are a scam. Unit is cheaply made in China, takes weeks to arrive and their support is non existent. I would give negative stars if I could .

Had a few problems from wrong unit to finally getting the right unit that didn't not work to the final of finals.. A new pump and now working...yeah.. ...it takes a long time to get because coming from China and when you check tracker and it will tell you. They made it right to now . Working...yessss

We bought the Selene water fountain for our 21/2 year old Labradoodle.He is a working therapy dog. He loves to drink water from a hose. But, when he drinks from a bowl, he laps from the edge of the bowl..a bit weird. So we decided to try the Selene Water Fountain and it is a huge success. Boomer is drinking more water now, and really seems to enjoy the experience.

When I first got the fountain and set it up my Sophie was a little skittish. She jumped back the first time the water turned on. She kind of snuck up on it. Within a coulple of minutes she was drinking like there was no tomorrow. She loves the bowl. It took me about two minutes to get it up and running after reading the instructions. Very easy to use and clean. I clean it every three days. That is how long a fill up lasts. Great product. I got the 7 liter with the cordless pump.
