AVOID this dealership.
I purchased an RV from this dealer in March 2024, excited to use my new unit. But that excitement quickly faded. After only a week of use, the RV began leaking from the shower valve, causing extensive water damage to the wood cabinets in the kitchen area. I immediately contacted the dealer, who asked me to bring the unit back so they could fix the leak and order parts to repair the damage. After five days, I got a call saying the leak was fixed, but the materials to repair the damaged wood would take more time to arrive. About two months later, I received a call that the parts had finally come in, and I took the unit back to get it fixed. After weeks of waiting, I went back to pick it up, expecting to see quality repairs. Instead, I was horrified at the condition of the so-called "repairs." They had cut panels and patched them together, using wood fillers and wallpaper to cover up seams and missing parts. I called over the manager, Jerry, who agreed that the repairs were unacceptable and assured me the unit would be restored without shortcuts. Unfortunately, the nightmare didn’t end there. After two more months of silence, I called to get an update, only to be met with voicemail after voicemail. Three months later, I finally reached the service advisor, Craig, who told me the RV had been ready for weeks, but no one had reached out. I requested pictures of the repairs to avoid another wasted trip, and once again, I saw the same shoddy work—filled wood, wallpaper tape, and caulking instead of proper replacement parts. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I haven’t been able to use the RV since the first week I bought it, and I’m continually met with poor-quality repairs and dismissive service. At this point, I feel the only fair resolution is to be offered a replacement unit or a full refund. Avoid this dealer if you’re looking for quality service and integrity in your purchase.
