CAN'T RECOMMEND SOUTH WEBER GENERAL RV HIGHLY ENOUGH! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 8 year old Eclipse Attitude for a Grand Design Momentum. We initially worked with Ron in sales, who was incredibly knowledgable about the GD line. Our first visit, we looked at a brand new unit, and decided we didn't love the interior. A few weeks later, a 2022 came in to their lot and we contacted Ron to see it. It was missing a generator, and that was a bit of a speed bump for us. The Sales Manager, Brock, jumped in to help. He secured us a brand new generator, and had it installed. He went above and beyond for us to keep our business, and get us into the GD we wanted! They also gave us a value on our trade in that we were happy about, and went out of their way yet again to meet us at a price point that made us happy! Grier in finance was SUCH a joy to work with - he made the transaction not only simple and seamless but FUN!! Even with a couple of hiccups along the way, the entire team we worked with was kind, patient, understanding, and treated us like friends more than customers. Ellie and Monica were always communicating with us, and were both SO sweet and kind. Our tech who gave us the rundown on our new unit, Kaden, was SO full of information, tips, tricks, and we genuinely enjoyed our time with him as he walked us through the unit before we took it home. He was VERY thorough, covered every detail, answered every question, and did it with patience and kindness every step of the way. It was clear he was not letting us take it home until he ensured that every single thing worked perfectly! To the team at General RV in South Weber, THANK YOU. You made this experience one my husband and I will never forget, and we will continue to recommend this place to every single friend and family member in the market for a new or used RV. CHEERS!!!!

We purchased a new trailer from Birch Run, Michigan General RV in October. There was an issue with some water collecting in the underbelly which was addressed twice. We worked with Alissa both times and she could not have been nicer. All the people we engaged with were friendly and helpful. Our experience with this General RV will keep us returning to them even though there is another General RV much closer to our home. Very positive experience, thanks Alissa!

We spent time with Charles Vaught and had a great experience. He showed us only what we wanted to spend and was extremely helpful. Great service over all and we will purchase from him when we are ready!

I have known Keith for 15 years and bought 6 RV’s from him. Has always he was great, between Dee our sales rep, Ashley in finance, and Keith we could not had better service. We bought our first motor home instead of travel trailer and they got us the best choice of motor homes. I will recommend them to all my friends and family

From the beginning they rush you - lie to you and try and cheat you. I am currently trying and have been for weeks to get them to fix small problems on my new RV and the negative experience has soured my belief in people. Most of the crew at this location are liars and misleading any and everybody. We continue to try and get the help we need but i am in a position to move this up a notch - this is downright fraud. Do not deal with these people - go to another state if you have to. i can tell you lots - just ask. I worked hard to be able to make this purchase - just to be cheated. We have even made several attempts to get in touch with the General Manager of this location - recorder messages of him getting our messages and still no reply from even him. That should tell you it all - Boy could I go on and on about how corrupt these people are. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Just purchased a Class C RV from General RV! Rick Baker was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, patient and understanding! He really knows how to meet your needs. Steven in financing was so professional, helpful, smart & really made our experience simple. He knows financing like no other!!

I could not be any happier with my experience with Gen RV. Everybody that I had contact with was pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Where can you find that in this day and age?! It was encouraging to deal with a company that cares and knows what they’re doing. I went to two other dealerships before visiting Gen RV, I would have had buyers remorse to the highest level. Everybody at RV made this experience as easy as possible. I will return if I ever upgrade or needed anything for my RV.

Not sure why so many negative reviews, but we are thoroughly satisfied working and dealing with General RV. Don’t get me wrong, it took some doing. We started at the Hershey RV show and finally completed our purchase on Friday, 1/10. We worked through Brendon and one of the General Managers who we met in Hershey, finally walking through our unit with David McGee in Tampa, FL. May I say that this dealership was top notch from Dave, Angel, Kim, and ( I think) Celi who schedules deliveries. Everyone was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. I would recommend anyone to work with them. Be patient - Good things come to those who wait.
