Bought a ge front load washer. 10 months after purchased, starting having issues. They have replaced every part on the washer and it is still not working. When I purchased a ge, I thought it would last 10 years, not 10 months! I do 2 small loads of laundry per week so it’s not being over worked! I asked that it be replaced after numerous repairs and of course, they wouldn’t do that ! All you get is the runaround from the corporate office. Will be filing a report with BBB and atty general !

New side by side GE refrigerator…
New side by side GE refrigerator immediately began freezing up in the ice maker. Nothing seems to help, and I cannot make contact with GE. It is the worst customer service communication I've ever seen. Sites are down, and you cannot reach an actual person. All you get is loops on the phone. Crazy! The frige is only a month and a half old and I'm about to bite the bullet and just throw the SOB out and buy something that works!

Extremely Disappointed With Costco/GE…
Extremely Disappointed With Costco/GE Warranty Service
Our GE stove/oven has been completely unusable since July 12, and the warranty/service process through Costco and GE has been incredibly frustrating.
We have now dealt with two different repair companies, and the wrong or incorrect parts have been ordered THREE times. We have spent HOURS on the phone between Costco, GE, and the contracted repair companies, and no one seems to communicate with each other.
Costco directs us to GE. GE directs us to the repair company. The repair company is difficult to reach or has completely different information than GE. GE will tell us a technician will be coming on a certain date, only for the service company to call and tell us they cannot come until much later. We have also been told that parts would be "overnighted," only for the parts not to arrive or the repair company to have no record of the order.
What makes this situation especially unacceptable is that this is a GAS SAFETY ISSUE, not simply an appliance that isn't working properly. When the gas supply is turned on, gas flows freely from the front right burner without ignition. This issue has been reported from the beginning. Because of the gas leak, we cannot safely turn on or use our stove or oven AT ALL.
We have three young children, and being without a stove and oven for nearly a month has been a significant hardship. Cooking at home is the most economical option for our family, and we have had to spend considerably more money eating out and finding alternative ways to prepare meals while waiting for this to be resolved.
I am extremely disappointed that after multiple service appointments, three incorrect part orders, countless phone calls, and hours of our time, we still have a GE appliance that cannot safely be used because of leaking gas.
We purchased through Costco expecting that their warranty and customer service would provide some level of protection if something went wrong. Instead, we have been passed back and forth between Costco, GE, and third-party repair companies with no one taking responsibility for actually resolving the problem.
At this point, we do not need another phone call, another incorrect part, or another delayed appointment. We need the appliance repaired immediately or replaced.
This entire experience has been unacceptable, particularly given the serious safety concern involved.

Been waiting for my appointment for 3…
Been waiting for my appointment for 3 weeks to get my washer fixed and they don’t show up and they reschedule without letting you know. Now I have to request another day off and see if they dhow up. I call Bodewell customer service # and of course there’s no manager nor supervisor in today. I spoke to Alex and was talking over me. You go on line to file complaint and it redirects you to same. Don’t purchase nor insurance or appliances. Bad service

Extremely Disappointed with GE Appliance Quality and Reliability
I have been a loyal GE customer for years and, unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
In 2020, I purchased a full suite of GE appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, clothes washer, dryer, and gas stove. Since then, I've experienced multiple quality and reliability issues across several products.
Refrigerator: From the day it was installed, the bottom ice maker leaked and could never be permanently fixed despite service attempts. In addition, the refrigerator intermittently makes an extremely loud noise that sounds like a jet engine taking off. This issue also began shortly after purchase and has never been resolved.
Microwave: The microwave failed and had to be replaced far sooner than expected.
Front-Load Washer: The washer door has developed cracks, and I'm simply waiting for it to eventually fail completely. The selector knob is also cracked and frequently falls off, which is unacceptable for an appliance of this age and cost.
Dishwasher: In January 2026, I purchased a replacement GE dishwasher. Since then, a technician has had to come out four separate times to replace the lower spray arm because it repeatedly melts against the heating element. At this point, it appears to be a design flaw rather than an isolated defect. Replacing the same part over and over without addressing the root cause is frustrating and inconvenient.
The only GE appliances that have not given me problems so far are the dryer and gas stove, and I can only hope they continue to function reliably for a few more years.
When I purchased GE appliances, I expected quality, durability, and dependable customer support. Instead, I've dealt with repeated repairs, unresolved issues, wasted time scheduling service appointments, and a growing lack of confidence in the brand.
Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase GE appliances again and cannot recommend them to others. After multiple products with recurring issues, it's difficult to view these as isolated incidents. GE needs to take a hard look at its product quality and design standards.

Dead Compressor Brand New on GE Profile…
Dead Compressor Brand New on GE Profile Refrigerator
I had a GE Profile refrigerator delivered on May 13, 2026.
It has never been used and has held zero food. The unit failed to cool. A certified GE technician came out and officially diagnosed a failed compressor. This is a brand new appliance with a catastrophic sealed system failure before its first use. GE needs to replace this defective unit entirely, as a brand new consumer should not be subjected to a major intrusive rebuild on an appliance that arrived defective. Avoid this model.
