The dryer is garbage, I bought the dryer a year and half ago , they fixed it during the one year warranty, and the same problem happened six months later. And now they want to change me for fixing the same problem. I will never buy GE anything again

I'd give zero stars if I could. Trying to schedule a repair under warranty is a nightmare. GE induction stove smelled of burning after 9 months. Scheduled an appointment and immediately after, got a text with the info. Then immediately another text with another day / time. I called them, they said not to worry, the guy would come. Didn't come. He then called on the date of the reschedule that they said wasn't scheduled then. I was out of town. Told him to reschedule. We settled on date/time. No show. Called them. Spoke to someone who called "dispatch." No clue. "It's in our system but didn't get pushed through our system." SO - scheduled again when I could clear the day. Got a text for the date/time.. IMMEDIATELY followed up by another date /time when I'm out of town. Called back. 4 times - IVR kept screwing up. SO - rescheduled myself on their website while waiting for them to answer. They answer. "Let me call dispatch why they didn't come today." Before I could say no... hold for 10 mins. Comes back and says that I have an appointment when I'll be out of town. NO I say - I just rescheduled. Oh yes, X date, WRONG time. I told him that I can see on my screen when it is, in their system. SO - he manually changes it. Been two weeks without a working range now. Place bets on whether they'll actually show up on the only time I can clear my schedule? NEVER buying GE again. Ridiculously bad and awful service.

New AC unit worked for two weeks and broke. Called GE said that it would be two weeks for the technician to come. He looked at the unit and said that he had to order parts, two weeks later he shows up changed the parts and said that I needed a new one . Now GE is saying that they have to have an engineer come out and check it and they are refusing to give me a refund. Don't ever buy a GE product ..

Frontload GE washer, model GFW550SPR5RS, broke within 2 years of purchase. Door lock and software issues. The load in our washer actually got stuck part way through a cycle and the door locked with the clothes in there. We couldn't even get them out. Customer service reps were empathetic, but unable to assist, stating that after just a year of ownership we're basically out of luck. First one hung up on me when transferring to a supervisor, second call got through to a supervisor, Kendra, who sounded completely disinterested in assisting. Essentially, an unreliable product that GE won't stand behind and a completely detached and uninterested service team. Never again going with GE.

Absolute worst company in america to be making fridges. I have one where the light fell out of the socket and dangles hitting drinks I had in there. Additionally the freezer part cannot freeze properly where popsicles melt and make a mess everywhere. Furthermore the dumb fridge doesnt have an alarm when left open. This is the worst purchase in my life I hope this company goes out of business!!!

bought my stove from home Depot 4 years ago. The oven temp didn't work and I left a review and was contacted and they said they could tell me how to set the oven temp, why should I have to fix a new stove? then the burners stopped working because they have some kind of safety button on top that doesn't work and on top of that it started RUSTING EVERYWHERE and when I mentioned that I was asked to send photos and I did and never heard back from anyone. SO the oven temp doesn't work the burners don't work and it is all rusted out in 4 years, how do you stay in business, your stove is a piece of CRAP. thanks.

Bought a french door GE refrigerator 3 years ago. I had bought a 5 year warranty. Three years later refrigerator quit cooling. Called Citricity which takes care of warranty on 06/24/26.They scheduled service on 06/29/2026. No show. Rescheduled service with different service company on 07/02/2026. The compressor had gone out.Today the 07/08/2026I am still waiting on someone to make a decision on an approval. This is one of the worst company’s I have ever felt with. Don’t buy a GE refrigerator.

One of the worst refrigerators I have ever owned. From day 1 I have and continue to have an issue with the ice cube dispenser. When I want ice cubes, both crushed ice and cubes come out of the cube dispenser. I have had 4-5 service calls, replaced the ice cube container and a PC board in the back of the fridge. Nothing has worked to get only ice cubes only out of the dispenser. When the crushed ice comes out it is spread out as to it not only hitting the glass. but outside of the glass. When dispensing water, make sure that you hold your container under the dispenser for about 1-2 seconds longer after the water comes out, because it will drip so that there is no air in the line after dispensing the water. GE doesn't provide a drip catcher to catch the excess crushed ice or water when dispensed. The service tech that came to my home seemed extremely knowledgeable about the product. He even talked to another tech and that tech said he ran into the same issue on one on his calls and he said that seems to be be the way that are designed, very poorly. The only good thing to say about this fridge is that when water is dispensed it is cold. Irv S.
