GarmentoryReviews of garmentory.com

Do not buy anything from this Scam company! Awful experience! They do not offer returns if it exceeds 7 days even the shipping was delayed, they will blame you not return on time and never return your money back. Do not do business with them!

It was my first time using garmentory website and after reading all these negative reviews I still decided to give it a shot, I can’t explain why just a gut feeling. I live in Dubai and the item I wanted was in Colorado. I received my item in exactly 7 days in perfect condition. I was super pleased with garmentory website. The customer service is more than just amazing! I was so worried that the website is a scam that I wrote to them everyday and they would always reply in less than 24 hours. I so so recommend them!

Buyers beware!!! Do not order from this company. I bought some pants and a belt from them and the site indicated that I was being charged in Canadian funds as it was being shipped from a store in Canada to my residence in Canada. Luckily I checked my Visa and in fact was charged in USD. I tried to cancel my order and they do not give you this option. I tried calling and nobody answers the phone. I tried emailing and nobody returns my emails. I highly suggest you contact the origional store and buy direct as Garmentory offers horrible customer service. I'm still waiting to get a response.

Placed an order for three items and funds were immediately removed from my bank account. Received a thank you email stating my order was being processed. Four days later and the items still hadn't been delivered in spite of the date I was quoted. Checked my email again and saw I'd received a second email same day of ordering that went to spam stating that the boutique had sold the very last of one of the items and that this item would, of course, be refunded - they wanted to confirm I still wanted to proceed with receiving the other two. As I said, this was now four days later but my refund was still nowhere to be seen. I immediately confirmed with Garmentory that I still wanted the other two items shipped to which I was told the boutique would contact me soon with shipping details and that Garmentory had just processed my refund which would take another 3-5 days to clear - not sure why it hadn't been processed when the first notice went out. You shouldn't need a confirmation to give money back when products paid for are not available. I contacted the boutique myself this morning and they had no record in their system of my order because apparently it had never been pushed through from Garmentory's system to theirs, which means those shipping details Garmentory claimed would come from the boutique were likely not coming any time soon. The boutique was super helpful looking into it for me though - contacting their shipping dept immediately to see that it would be processed and sent out today. In the future I will order directly through the boutiques for more reliable order processing and customer service.

They are a bunch of crooks! Hope they go out of business!

Great customer service! Very helpful!

AVOID GARMENTORY I was sold and ill fitting pair of FEIT shoes (after some research they were mislabeled as a size 7 when in fact there were a size S which fits sizes 5-6). I returned them, then they were deemed by the third party vendor as having scuffs. We went back and forth online and came to an agreement that I would be refunded less $50 for the vendor to have the shoes taken to a cobbler to polish the scuffs out. I had already opened a dispute via my credit card company. I cancelled the dispute so Garmentory could refund me and I was just told that their credit card processors informed the customer service rep that it may take 60-75 days for the refund to be processed. I'm opening the dispute back up with my credit card. I will never do business with Garmentory again. They are not to be trusted. I was emailed every day asking for proof that the dispute had been closed and when I finally provided proof I was given an insane answer about waiting over three months for a refund. Refunds never take that long. It's an absurd runaround hoping I'll forget. They never even offered a credit. Awful awful unethical company.

I had an excellent experience with them in my purchase, it arrived on time, so I tried other times because prices were good, with no issues so I give them 5 stars.
