GarmentoryReviews of garmentory.com

I love shopping with Garmentory! They have such a fun and unique selection of items! I also find their customer service to be very helpful with answering questions before I buy something, and after if I need help with shipping/tracking.

Excellent customer service! I had a question about a pair of shoes that I'd bought, and I received prompt and friendly service! Will definitely buy from Garmentory in the future for any independent designer pieces!

i’ve made a couple of purchases through this website and have had great experiences in both instances. the first time i bought a pair of pants, which are now my favorites, that i get compliments on all the time. the second time i purchased a pair of boots that i wasn’t too sure about regarding the size, and the customer service reps that handled me went out of their way to contact the boutique. not only did they act as a liaison to confirm that i’d be able to exchange the boots should they not fit, but they also were able to get me the modified price that was applied after i made the purchase. i really felt like they went above and beyond to take care of me in a timely manner. not only that, but this website has WONDERFUL inventory! i love being able to support boutiques and smaller businesses from across the country and attain pieces that i don’t see other people wearing.

Worst company ever seen in the US. They shipped me old, wore, and shaded shoes. They didn't accept return or refund. What a shameless company. Never shop with them!

Fantastic customer service! Have just made my first Garmentory purchase after using their website for months. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shoes and customer service was great in helping resolve the issue, offered free returns and I finally have the correct pair of shoes. I recommend utilizing the questions section to speak directly with the boutique and Garmentory support email for any further queries. Thanks Garmentory!

Unfortunately, there appears to be an ongoing pattern of numerous negative reviews regarding Garmentory's disconcerting business practices and substandard customer service. Sadly, I too was victim to a problematic Garmentory transaction. I received a product that differed from what was pictured and described by the merchant. Furthermore, Garmentory requested that I return the incorrect item prior to rendering a refund. However, I informed Garmentory that according to the Federal Trade Commission and consumer law, I am not legally obligated to return an incorrectly fulfilled order and am legally entitled to receive the correct item or a full refund inclusive of shipping. Unfortunately, Garmentory continued to disregard FTC merchant and consumer laws. Therefore, I contacted my banking institution and submitted a dispute claim requesting an investigation and refund for this transaction. Shame on Garmentory for their unethical, unacceptable, and unlawful business practices, ongoing non-compliance with designated merchant laws, and consumer violations!

Ordered jeans and shipped really quickly just as pictured. I see a lot of people had some bad experiences which is unfortunate but mine was great. There is no returns (final sale) for my item which was clear from the disclaimer.

Just bought a Paloma Wool sweater from a boutique on Garmentory and I could not have had a better experience. The sweater was sold out everywhere — I got it on Garmentory on sale with free shipping. It shipped the same day and arrived maybe four days later in perfect condition. I know a lot of it has to do with the shop you’re buying through, but the service was exceptional.
