DO NOT BUY from them. Their pictures of the items are photoshopped. Purchased a pair boots from them and the color is completely different. They refused to accept my return as it was final sale but the color isn't even the same!!!!!

Ordered boots for grandson for Christmas. Received boots 2 weeks before Christmas and Garmentory site stated that the 7 day return policy was extended for Holidays for most vendors. Tried to return and was rejected stating that vendor did no opt into Holiday returm program. There was no indication on order that this option was not available. Company did not give any consideration for exchange. Wish I had seen all the poor ratings for Garmentory before ordering. Will not order again from them and everyone should be leary of ordering also.

Sure wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Dress was nothing like the photos and they refused return because of their ridiculously strict TWO-DAY return policy, despite the fact I could prove I was out of town when the dress arrived and requested the return the exact day I arrived back at home after the week away. Terrible service, and photos are not an accurate depiction of product. I’m an avid online shopper but I’ve UNSUBSCRIBED from this site and will tell everyone I know it is not good.

DON’T BUY IN GARMENTORY!! Be very careful in buying here. Garmentory has a very bad return policy. Very often they do a so call “flash sale” not transparently communicated to buyers. If you buy a product that is discounted or on sale, GARMENTORY DOSENT ALLOW YOU TO RETUNR IT OR EXCHANGE, because they claim is final sale. I just buy a pants recently that it was just discounted from 266 USD to 225 USD, and because of that I was not allow to return them or exchange.

I ordered from Blanscom on Garmentory for the first time and my experience with this particular boutique on Garmentory was a wonderful and pleasant experience. I was kind of skeptical because I hadn't ever heard of this site and I was reluctant about ordering from here. After 1 week of considering whether to order from this company in which I knew nothing about, I made the decision while praying that this was a legitimate website to go ahead and give it a try and I'm so glad that I did. I found the exact items I was looking for and they were on sale with free shipping due to the total of my purchase. I emailed a question to the boutique and was responded to in a timely manner. The total process from start to finish of me finally ordering and receiving my merchandise was 5 days. I ordered on a Saturday, my items shipped Monday and was delivered to me on Wednesday which was only 2 business days from the date of shipping. I absolutely loved this fast shipping and the sale prices I paid for my brand new items as they only sell new items not used. My items arrived well packaged and was in the factory sealed plastic. My items were just as pictured and described. My 1st experience was a well pleasing experience and yes I do recommend buying from Blanscom on Garmentory!
