I got my item but shipping took 2 weeks customer service non responsive until threatened. I would be ok if it was in transit for the weeks but the handling time took over 1 week and no communication which caused me to order item twice from a different vendor. I do not think they deserve 4 stars but i can't give them 3 stars they might deserve 3 1/2 stars. they are not a scam but customer service needs to be better.

We are happy you finally received the product you ordered. There was obvious miscommunication and also our customer service team repeatedly sent you email updates about your order and for some reasons, our emails were not getting to you and i believe it has something to do with our emails been deleted directly from your email servers. We also spoke to you over the phone to ensure that you are aware that your order has been shipped. We look forward to working with you again and hopefully get a 5 star from you next time. Thanks, Wulus.com Customer Service

It took just over three months to have my order completely fulfilled, which was extremely frustrating. However, that was ultimately the fault of Supermicro as that's where the parts were backordered and drop-shipped from. Wulus's customer service answered all my questions and kept me informed along the way.

With COVID-19, Ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine and the resulting inflation has caused severe supply chain disruption which has impacted lead times and availability. Thanks for the positive feedback. We really appreciate it and we look forward to serving you again. Thanks, Wulus.com Customer Service

I still haven’t received my item and paid for two day shipping it has been more than a week later and then when I called in I was given the run around and told I can only get a partial refund on my shipping costs, absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional.

Our records shows that we spoke to you yesterday and provided you the tracking # for your order. UPS Tracking # 1ZY95Y100390422156 showing your order will be delivered today or tomorrow per tracking. We informed you that even though you selected two day shipping, your order shipped directly from the vendor hence was mistakenly shipped ground instead of 2 day as requested. We promised to refund you the partial shipping cost once your order is delivered since you paid for 2 day but was shipped ground. It is very unprofessional of you to distort facts in order to write a bad review while you have the correct information. Please correct this review because it is totally inaccurate. Thanks, Wulus.com Customer Service

I found the exact product I was looking for. The only thing was that emails from them were filtered as junk mail by Google.

We finally spoke to this customer and confirmed that we had a phone connectivity issue at that time. We also responded to you on numerous occasions via emails with no response from you. Thanks, Wulus.com Customer Service
