I have absolutely NO CLUE where these bad reviews are coming from! I LOVE Garden Cup! Their salads are wonderful, healthy and always fresh. The containers are reusable too. I was worried because my second delivery was a day late. I emailed the company and was given a total refund! I was shocked because my delivery was still coming the following day. Customer service was awesome. I didn’t even ask for a refund but was offered one instantly because it was a day late. These salads are totally worth the cost and convenience. I have never found a ready made salad in the grocery store that is as good as these! I will keep ordering. This is an easy way to be healthier!

I have been a customer for well over a year. I have given them a pass over and over. Service and quality has declined rapidly over the year. Multiple late and missing deliveries, wilted and sour salads I have had to throw away. I get oh sorry responses, no changes. Customer service that once was amazing is horrible! They do canned responses and don’t look into issues. It’s like they hired AI to respond. Packaging is so bad (newly changed) I have to carry scissors with me to open the packages while getting salad dressing all over my hands. Company is becoming cheap and sacrificing quality. Save yourself and don’t order from them!

This is not great food. This service is expensive and I thought the salads were going to taste better. The chicken is plain, hardly any seasonings. The pasta cups are not flavorful at all. Just plain. I’ve had much better pesto. Not a good meal. No flavor

I have no idea how the salads taste, because I have yet to receive the order I placed on Dec 29, which was supposed to be delivered on Jan 6 or Jan 13 at the latest. I have reached out via email and Jovan has been responding to my emails, but I haven’t been able to get a specific timeline for my order, nor can I cancel my order and get a refund because my order is too far into the process! What?! My salads aren’t even made yet! The latest info I was given was that my items would be shipping the week of the 20th, hopefully this means Jan. 20th. I had planned my lunches/dinners around this shipment, as my husband was on travel for that the period I had ordered the items for. I get weather hiccups, but if you can’t make a certain deadline, you need to figure out a way to give a refund no matter where an order is “in the process”.

I canceled my subscription to Garden Cup....didn't care for the product....not fresh. Here it is the following month and I will be receiving more of the unfresh salads. Since I was not provided with a telephone number to contact them, I sent an email this morning. The response was that the products would soon be arriving...WHAT?

The salad ingredients are fresh and taste good. However, the delivery process is unreliable and you can’t really structure a consistent budget or diet with them. The deliveries feel like they ship randomly. On what is meant to be a weekly schedule, sometimes they are too close together —two in the same week—and other times they’ve come two weeks after I finish the last week’s meals. I live in Jersey City, one mile outside of New York City so there should be no delivery impediments.

I strongly advise staying away from Gardencup. They are unscrupulous and engage in illegal billing practices. The frustration of dealing with their customer service is unparalleled. When I asked them to stop one of the duplicate orders, a representative blatantly lied, claiming I ignored an email that I never received—and likely was never sent. Despite my persistent efforts, including canceling my subscription and requesting a refund for unauthorized charges, the issue with Gardencup persists. There have been three unauthorized transactions, including two I had already notified them to stop and requested a refund. I have email documentation proving my communications with them and request and acknowledged cancellation, yet the issue continues. This situation is not just unacceptable, it's illegal. If my money is not refunded, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursue legal action. I urge you to save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. Their unethical practices are not worth the risk.
