Because we prepare meals fresh in small batches and ship on a set weekly schedule, orders do need to be placed in advance, but we know flexibility is important, and this is something we’re continually changing as we grow. Our cups are only in transit a few days before they arrive to you and they are prepped and packed all in the same day they are sent out. They are also made to last 5-6 days after delivery!
