Enjoying not having to create salads
I have really enjoyed the different salads that I have been ordering through garden cup. I’m a little bit IT illiterate so I have struggled with the website, but their customer support service has been so generous and helping me when I’ve accidentally ordered twice. I think you will really enjoy the salads and the add-ons of which I’ve only tried the Chia pudding, which was fabulous.

Awesome food/stellar service
Awesome company with stellar customer service and fabulous healthy meals! So delicious and convenient! I cannot live without them! Do not hesitate to purchase from these products! Amazing!

Gardencup’s Excellent Resolution of my Issue
My order was delayed and the ice had completely melted and the box/salads were warm. I notified Gardencup about the issue and they were very responsive and after sending photos of my wilted salads, i received a full refund. No fuss about it! Great customer service and responsive answers to my emals!

I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad…
I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience when communicating with gardencup. They answer in a very timely manner and do their best to solve the issue quickly.

Customer service greatly helped us when…
Customer service greatly helped us when our salad came not as fresh as they like based on an unforeseen weather delay. I simple took a picture of the product and my money was refunded no question. Salads are delicious and great customer service!

SPECTACULAR SALADS & SPECTACULAR PEOPLE
Never has a company not only exceeded my expectations but set a new bar for customer service! The salads are fresh and excellent, the protein snack cups are delicious and always innovative with "real food word" ingredients. Customer service is like having a family friend in the company! Not just one experience but I've got almost a year in and NEVER have I had an issue (whether it be MY FAULT, THEIRS, WEATHER, or SHIPPING PARTNER) that they didn't make right PLUS!
