Your feedback around dressing ratios, crouton flavor, and menu variety is helpful, and we’re actively sharing this with our culinary team as we continue refining our recipes and offerings. We also understand your concerns around ordering flexibility and shipping timelines. Because we prepare meals fresh in small batches and ship on a set weekly schedule, orders do need to be placed in advance, but we know flexibility is important, and this is something we’re continually changing as we grow. Freshness is a top priority for us and you are always covered by our Fresh Guarantee. Our cups are only in transit a few days before they arrive to you and they are prepped and packed all in the same day they are sent out. They are also made to last 5-6 days after delivery!
