Ordered a pair of boots from these folks. Quality was poor and looked nothing like the picture. Workmanship was horrible. The braided area on the inside was not lined and it hurt my feet like hell. It came reaking of glue, and the straps were falling apart. Then they had the nerve to offer me a percentage off. No way in the world I was going to keep such a horrible looking boots, even if it was free. Then they make pay for return shipping for a damaged boots. What a horrible experience and knockoff. They need to do better.

I purchased the FJS Patent Leather Leopard Print Heel pointed toe Stiletto about a year ago. I wore them for the first time yesterday. When I was at work, the heel broken on the right shoe. I wondered because I had purchased another pair of FSJ shoes through amazon and they did the same. In fact, I ended up having to exchange them twice and the second time I wore them the 3rd pair broke as well. I took off the shoe and of course, an FSJ shoe. I have about 5 pairs I have purchased and the only two I have worn is these two that have broken. It was always in the same place and the same right shoe. I know it has been well over 30 days however, their shoes are defective. I am also writing amazon because they have received back two of the same shoes that I purchased (FSJ Shoes) with the same broken heel. I have 3 more pair for sure that I have purchased from this company and have never worn. I am scared to wear them based upon the other two shoes. I am writing amazon regarding the pair I purchased through them. I will say that my experience was so bad with them from the beginning (it took months for me to get the shoes and I ordered them for a specific occasion. When I continued to contact you regarding the shoes not arriving they kept saying their machines were down. I asked over and over for a refund and they continued to say the machines were down. I did not get the shoes in time for the event that I purchased them for, that is probably why I have not worn them. The company needs to refund my money and send me a return label so I can send back the defective shoes. The ones I ordered through amazon, I know they will return because they know the show to be defective.

I am another unfortunate customer of this terrible company. I also paid for express shipping and didn’t receive my shoes until 20 days later. My shoes also smelled like cheap glue. FSJ refuses to refund my express shipping charge. So I went on vacation without my shoes I’ve been wanting soo bad and waiting so long for. I can not comment on quality as of now but I can say it doesn’t look like $100 pair of shoes. Comfort I can not comment on either. Customer service is awful! I would suggest looking at Timberland or Uggs. I found some cute booties that I am sure will be top quality,quick shipping , and would provide an excellent customer experience.

UK buyers beware, dont buy from this company. The shoes are poor quality, the sizing is wrong (they say if in doubt to go by the European sizing, which doesn't correlate to the UK sizing - normally I would be a UK 7/EU 40 so I decided to purchase the EU 39.5/UK 7.5 which was waaay too big - definitely not an EU 39.5). They also don't mention anywhere that the return address for the shoes is some home address in Las Vegas which you need to send the shoes UPS or DHL tracked which means it was just as much to courier the shoes back so not worth returning. I would stick to reputable UK companies in future. I have learnt my lesson!

I purchased a pair of Champagne colour Rhinestone Wedding Sandals A chain hooks across the ankle area. I truely love these sandals but one of the hooks has fallen off. I have taken them to a shoe repairer and they will not touch them, I also went to a dress maker to see if they had something suitable as a normal hook is too fine and will not do the job. So, I got in touch with FSJ they wanted the invoice and ID # etc. all of which I was able to produce. They told me it was outside of their refund or replacement time frame. I replied: I only want a few replacement hooks so I can have the shoe/s repaired here in Australia. They have refused. So now I only get to wear the sandals once. :( Very annoyed and frustrated by their level of care.

Shoes received are not the ones pictured on the website. They are cheaply made, not even close to what they seem to be trying to "knockoff". They say chunky heels - and I got super trashy looking too high spike heels. They smell awful, like cheap glue. foot bed is lumpy and ill made. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Will just dispose of them and am turning in to BBB. UPDATE - found stolen images (taken directly from a "REAL" shoe company) on their website. Don't be fooled - what you see is NOT what you get. They only got 1 star by default - they don't even deserve that.

I never even heard of this company, yet they sent me a welcome email yesterday. The account holder's name is Nicole, as is mine, but she has a different last name and she's in California according to the address on the account. I'm on the east coast! What kind of company is this????? How did they get my email address??
