I read some reviews here AFTER I placed my order from FSJshoes. I was ripped off by an Internet based company one time, so this made me nervous. I wrote 4 tickets contacting customer service at FSJ shoes during the time between placing the order and receiving my shoes. They promptly answered all four "tickets" as they call their "contact us" method. I decided not to let them know I was concerned. I asked questions about the shoes, they answered them. I am happy to report the shoes did arrive in about 28 days. They did let me know the arrival time would take a little longer since they were going to actually make the shoes. I was fine with that reality and willing to wait the extra time. In the back of my mind I was just hoping this was all going to be true. The shoes are exactly as described. I had a very hard time believing they were actually going to make them in my size, which is USA MEN'S 11/ EU45. They DID MAKE THEM fresh, I can smell the glue and products. They are made well. I would grade the quality at about a 95% out of 100%. This is a style I have wanted for many years and I am thrilled they actually did make them. The price was very fair. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to provide the tracking numbers as the numbers changed going from carrier to carrier. The shoes are here, they are as ordered, and I am pleased. I have every intention or ordering more shoes and boots from them. I do recommend them.

Wish I had looked up this site before ordering from FSJ. Buyer beware, DO NOT order from them. Customer service is horrible, shoes are cheap, poor quality, don't fit, don't look like what is advertised online, reek of chemical smell. Paid for 3 pairs, they shipped one and shipped 2nd after I complaint and filed complaints against them. Still waiting for 3rd pair (I paid for these already!!!) so I can box them up and return them for a full refund. Worst vendor EVER>

Sadly I am like many others that have posted here and have been scammed.... awful smelling, cheap, ill fitting, unwearable shoes... I don’t think a charity shop will even take them

The most dishonest company. Order some shoes, took 3 months to get them and they looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Returned them with my money within the 30 days and never received a refund.

I purchased a pair of shoes for £85 on the 3rd march 2019 and I’m still waiting for my order not to mention this company is in china and also not to mention the 6 emails stating my order was shipped early then they would supply a tracking number .... the tracking number came 10 days later ... the tracking number stated my order was still in its originating country which is china and to add insult to injury when i confronted FSJ SHOES the bleep bleep bleep said the tracking had not been updated so i called Royal Mail and they confirmed my order was still in CHINA lol luckily i purchased my shoes via PAYPAL and they have now raised a dispute in return of my money so please please please DO NOT ORDER OR INTRODUCE ANYONE TO THIS FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE SITE AS THEY ARE BLEEPING BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP SCAMMERS.

The worse. You can’t call this company, you can’t email them. Do not buy anything from FSJ, just wasted over $100 and the will not respond to the fact that they send me shoes I did not order in a size four times the size of my feet

I really don’t want to give any stars but unfortunately I have to this company is a scam and I wish I would have saw the reviews before I bought anything I’m made with myself but now my credit card company is disputing this and also making sure these dummies don’t try to take out more money it’s so sad that people make a living out of this is not cool and I’m hoping they don’t send me anything because I’m just going to return it right back

I was a member of their affiliate program. I've earned money by getting a commission from the sales, now they just don't accept to pay that money to me. I sent numerous e-mails to the FSJ support, but they just didn't reply. I feel bad and sorry i didn't read the reviews about this company before working with them. Try to avoid them!!
