I ordered 2 pair of shoes through PayPal, when checking the fsj sight it kept saying I don't have any orders. I sent an email and they told me fsj shows are made upon order. The status never changed. I complained to paypal and got an invoice stating my shoes are going to be shipped by ups, it stated I needed to have a signature and I wasnt home. I tried to sign for the package online or change the address, because the sender filled out the wrong information I couldn't do anything. I went to pick up my shoes from the access center, low and behold, I had one pair of shoes. Where are my 2nd pair of shoes. My invoice said 2 pairs. This company will steal your money if you are not aware. I am so upset. You cant trust anyone.

I'm so sorry I did not use a company like TrustPilot before I placed my order with FSJ. DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM BUSINESS RUN OUT OF CHINA, AND NO AFFILIATE IN THE US AS REPRESENTED BY ADDRESSES LISTED. In April I ordered two pairs of shoes and paid through Paypal. After several weeks I only receive l pair of heels in the wrong color with half of the sole coming loose on one side. Second pair was not in the box even though invoice noted it should have been shipped. No explanation of non-delivery was in package. Customer service number was bogus. Email attempts to listed customer support address did not go through either. I will be filing a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Worst online ordering experience ever. I want a full refund!

I bought these lime yellow beautiful pumps on my size 5.5, how dissapointed that these run 1 full size big!! they fit like a 6.5 or 7! I really want my $69.00 back not willing to wait another full month for an exchange

I would give FSJ 0 star review if possible. I bought a pair of high heels from them and paid extra for 'Express' shipping. Delivery with this method was guaranteed in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, no shoes. I contacted customer service, which was followed by multiple back and forth re-confirmations of my address and multiple 'shipping numbers' (none of which worked for any shipping providers). 5 weeks after purchase it was obvious they had sent nothing, so I said 'don't bother, I'll initiate a dispute through PayPal'. 2 weeks later, shoes arrive. According to the shipping slip, they were shipped ONLY AFTER I asked for a refund. I returned them and initiated a dispute through my credit card company because FSJ was again giving me the run around. The shoes they sent were complete garbage. When I opened the box, I just kept thinking how the F do you manage to make a leopard print shoe look so damn hideous; true sweatshop garbage! There was visible glue stuck along the sole and top suede 'leather' (mostly leaked onto the top leather), the heel tips were barely attached. The shape of the toe box was warped and not even symmetrical between the left and the right foot. I couldn't even bring myself to put them on, they looked and felt so bad. I sure hope they go out of business, sooner than later.

After months of not receiving my order it finally arrived.

I have had a terrible experience with this brand. I purchased because I saw on the website, it said this was AMERICAN brand, turned out, it is Chinese. I have been purchasing a pair of shoes for more than 4 weeks, but I haven't received it yet. After going to post offices many times, they said maybe because FSJ didn't pay for tax. On the website, about the refund policy, there is no information about deductions, but they said if I wanted the refund, they would deduct import taxes and duties. That is terrible, very terrible.
