DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered shoes that my daughter wanted for her graduation. Their shipping time is wrong. When I ordered the shoes I selected 10 day shipping. When i got the confirmation email, it said they had to make the shoes, 3-7 days, then shipping would be 15 days! I tried to contact them 3 times over 3 days to change the shipping but they didn't respond. I found a different address on BBB, no response. I got a different email on PayPal and tried 2 times to cancel the order before they shipped...no response. We got the shoes 2 days after graduation; after I had to find similar shoes for my daughter. I used the PayPal email to try to return them and get my money back.... no response. I opened a case with PayPal last night. This morning, they said the seller had already contacted them with proof that the shoes shipped!!! Apparently, they only get back to you if you're PayPal. Follow up, after I posted this, I got an email from PayPal that they denied my case because the seller showed proof of shipping.

Worst experience ever!!! FSJ charged me an additional fee to have my shoes expedited with 2-5 days but they weren't delivered until after 10 days. I reached out to customer service but no one tried to rectify but make several attempts to justify that the shoes were custom made and takes time. So I asked why charge a rate for shoes to be shipped in a time frame that doesn't exist. No response. Once I received my shoes, they were at least 2 sizes smaller and narrower than I purchased. There was no visible size etched on the shoe anywhere. I reached out once again to customer service and was told that I needed to pay to have the shoes returned just to get my $100 back. They even suggested that I purchased the wrong size. How ignorant and insulting. I gave them away to a lady at my church. FSJ sucks on every level except advertising because their shoes are cute until you make a purchase. Never ever again.

Avoid this company. Shoes were cheap, color description was wrong, and the sizing was not even close. Easily a size too big. I returned to them and had to ask after three weeks where my money was. They told me that if I would just send the tracking information that they would refund me. They must count on people losing track and not asking for a refund that they are do after they returned their cheap shoes at their own cost.

Let me share two texts I wrote to FSJ, the last of which today - they are probably conclusive enough. Hi answering machine, the standard sized shoes I ordered have arrived today - would have been my text, IF the shoes I received had been anything like what I ordered, based on your HP pics. However, again, not one single pair even nearly met the standard set by the picture it is being sold by, so my charity bags are even fuller now. NEVER ever will I order from your shop anymore - no refund claimed, I’d just like to forget about FSJ altogether. Company is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I am stuck with shoes I do not want $90.00. I followed their procedure for applying for a refund and this is their reply: Dear Terri, But we noticed that there is no problem with the shoes. So sorry we could not offer return policy if there is no problem with the shoes. Sincerely FSJ Support Team I have tried to contact PayPal at 1-800-419-9833 as suggested by customer service at AMERICAN EXPRESS and all I get is, "we can not complete call at this time." I will be closing my PayPal tomorrow.

Shoes took a long time to come - from China. The quality was OK but certainly not top quality. However shoes were way too big than the size we ordered. Returned both pairs - they specified it must be DHL or UPS to address in Las Vegas - which cost me more than the shoes. I got a refund for the shoes but nothing for the shipping costs !!! I was better off keeping the shoes as I would have been less out of pocket. I agree with others here - these guys are scammers and wish I saw this site before buying from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is terrible do not buy from them. I had to search around a lot for a pair of shoes that would fit me I have very small feet fsj shoes seemed good as online they state there a UK store and they customize for small feet. Only after my shoes arrived did I realize they are not a UK shoe store but from China and my shoes are way to big. I contacted them and they seemed helpful at first however they then later stated it was my fault and said I measured my feet wrong. I asked for my money back and they said they can only give partial refund due to them being custome made. I am still yet to receive any message back or my money so will be contacting the fta on Monday. I am now left with no shoes for my wedding. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
