I ordered my shoes in September. It is November and I still have not received them. I contacted the company a couple of times regarding the delay. (October 14) They responded saying that the shoes were on their way to USPS and next, (October 28) that "We've checked with our local post office and known that the delay is due to the customs detention.But please have no worries that the shoes are in normal transit and will arrive in the next few days". Blah, blah, blah. At this point, I just want my money back. Do we have any recourse?

I got my shoes in about a month. Your order will probably take longer than what they say, but you will get it!! They were exactly as shown on their site.

This company is a scam, Don’t wast your time or money on these cheap shoes. They are selling the shoes for $80 and higher, but you are actually getting $10 cheaply made products. I ordered a pair of booties, that looked nothing like the picture, it was a total Nightmare!!!

If I could put less than one star, I would!!! The customer service is deplorable; concern for the satisfaction of the customer is virtually none, and the company fails to stand behind its product. I ordered shoes for my daughter’s wedding. The first time I put them on, they broke as I was getting out of the car. I was not able to wear them as planned. And the wedding was out of town. I ordered them ahead of time to be sure I had them in time for the wedding. I put them on for the first time on the night of the rehearsal dinner. They immediately broke. Did not have them for the wedding day! When I tried to return them, they were more concerned about their return policy than the fact that I RECEIVED faulty merchandise. My return was not due to a whimsical change of mind. I received virtually damaged/unusable merchandise which I paid a significant amount of money for. Numerous attempts to resolve this matter have failed. Avoid using this company.

The sizing is completely random. I ordered two pairs of shoes. One is a little big, but works with socks. The second pair could easily be two sizes larger than I ordered. I can't know for sure because there are no sizes printed anywhere on either shoe. You are required to ship the shoes back within 7 days expedited shipping with tracking which I think would be around $20. I've read in these reviews that many people have shipped their shoes back and never received a credit back, so I think I will give the shoes to my sister.

Ordered shoes that should have been steal gray and they are clearly blue, not to mention they are completely miss-proportioned. My foot does not sit on the shoe properly, all the straps are different sizes and the buckle is nonfunctional, oh...the one shoe has a large stain on it! If I could post my pictures I would.....customer service is a joke, they offer no return label and it cost a fortune to send them back to China. This is why we should only buy made is USA! I only gave one star because I had to, this is a NO STAR company!

If I could Leave a 0 I would. I received some boots in the color purple I did Not order. And they have not responded to my email . Do not order from this company . Don’t waste your money.

This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wish I had looked into the reviews before I had bought a pair of shoes from them. The shoes themselves looked nothing like the picture and they were months late delivering them. I tried to return them and the return process was horrible. The online representative was nice but made me jump through so many hoops to finally return my item. They wanted me to ship it to CHINA instead of the US facility from which they came. I just received my package back because it was returned with no explanation. Extremely frustrated and not worth the shoes. If you think the shoes look cute believe me, the real thing looks nothing like the picture
