The black patent slide shoe I ordered for a wedding arrived. It exceeded my expectations. The shoe was stunning and was very comfortable, however it was a bit short. I contacted support and they went above and beyond to accommodate me to make things right. Do not hesitate to order from them!!!

The shoe I initially ordered did not fit as well as I planned, which definitely something I was worried about but they helped me find my right fit and get another shoe that would fit better! There support was above any other online store experience I’ve had! Thank you!

I've been searching for cool/cute vegan cruelty free shoes in my small shoe size & finally found them on XYD. They went above & beyond to help me find a perfect fit, I've never had better service from a company like I did with XYD. My daughter saw mine a bought a couple pairs herself. Thank You Xueqin & the Support Team for your hard work, expertise and my beautiful Black Studs Platform Square Toe Block Heel Buckle Slingback Shoes! Best Wishes to you all!
