FSJ ShoesReviews of fsjshoes.com

The person handling the order made sure the specifics were in order. The boots were as high quality as I have seen in higher priced shoes. They are so good I ordered another pair of boots that I had been considering. I've already recommended your business to a online forum I frequent.

The ordering experience was easy. The site is customer-oriented and easy to maneuver.

I ordered and customized a pair of leather Boots. They weren’t exactly what I asked for but, The Costomer Service Team Was Awesome. They corrected my order and sent me a new pair. FSJ is the Best and they truly Care about their Customers

Had an issue with the first pair of boots and I emailed them about it, with no hesitation they sent a brand new pair to me. Great customer service! Would definitely order from here again.

The customer service was great! I requested to exchange the shoe size. After giving them the information they needed and providing them with video and pictures, they agreed to send the new size. When I inquired about how to return, they told me to keep the shoes! I will donate them to someone who could use them. They are very cute shoes. The only thing I would say is that the shoes do run big.

Thank you very much to the store. Despite a customs issue on this order, they re-shipped the items promptly. Great service attitude.

I ordered super cute gold booties in size 7.5 but the sizing was very large so they are shipping a smaller pair free of charge. All I did was share photos of how big the shoes were and they immediately offered to send a size 6. Very helpful and nice customer service.

I ordered custom shoes and they were exactly as described and delivered timely.
