Honestly my experience has been much better than I expected. I was a little skeptical ordering from a website that i found on my own that doesn't have many social mediea reviews but I trusted my gut and ordered from them and I dont regret it 1 bit. I did have a problem with my order as I did order a custom pair of shoes and everything about the shoe was perfect except for the fact that it was a different style heel than what I ordered (my shoes were supposed to have a block heel, but they had a stiletto instead,) but even though that was the case the quality of the shoe is very sturdy and its a really cute shoe nonetheless. However the customer service is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the response from the customer service through email is very timely usually replying within the hour (sometimes it might take a few hours, depending on when you message) and they listened to all of my concerns and apologized for any inconvenience. they have also vindicated the issue by offering to send me the correct pair while also letting me keep the incorrect pair. I 100% will be placing a fee more orders within the next fee weeks given my replacement pair has no issues. In the future when placing orders, I’d probably just email customer service once my order is placed to confirm all design details before production begins.

I recently ordered my first pair of high heels from here, and even though I got the size wrong the first time their customer service was honestly brilliant and they sent me a better pair, not even making me return the first pair (very convenient). They were very helpful and kind, and I like the store's diverse range of shoe styles and sizes.

It took quite a while to place the order. Thank God I am a patient person, otherwise I may have given up. I love the shoes that I ordered. Hopefully, when they arrive, I will love them even more.

Shoes and customer service were great. I ordered shoes with too large of a heel and they were quick with responses to exchange for me. Material of the shoes are good quality and beautiful.

It was easy to access. The discounted helped. The free shipping is always something I look for. And I assumed these boots I purchased are leather.
