FSJ ShoesReviews of fsjshoes.com

I know this site might seem sketchy at first but I promise it is 100 percent legit. The workers are very reliable and work hard to make sure the customers are satisfied. They also seem to care about the needs of the customer and it is apparent in their work. 10/10 would 100% use again.

Your shoes are very nice, website is USER friendly and I can’t wait to get my new shoes !

Easy to find and order shoes from your website !

I had such a great experience with FJS Shoes! Their customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with my shoes, and they replaced them for me with absolutely no hassle. They made everything easy, handled the situation quickly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my purchase. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. FJS Shoes truly stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!

Shoes I purchased were badly made, dust all in the bow, puckered satin heel and a size too big. The price was £68 which is a lot for a badly made pair of shoes that didn’t fit. I got a full refund but no help with the postage which was £23.00. When I asked for some money back for the postage I received no more emails. Not good enough as the shoes were badly sized and too big… not fit for purpose.

Great customer service and well made shoes.

Beautiful design

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent shopping experience. The shoes are absolutely beautiful, elegant and look even better in person. Although I ordered them in my usual size and they arrived a little bigger than expected, the FSJ Shoes team was extremely friendly and professional in helping me with the size change. The whole process was simple and without any inconvenience. I really appreciate the attention and willingness to solve it. Without a doubt, a brand that I recommend and from which I would buy again. 💕
