Cannot contact thru email regarding purchase on March 29, 2024. Email came back as invalid

Hi, I am still waiting for my shoes to be shipped, which were ordered on 3/25. I have paid for expedited shipping and for the shoes to not be on their way almost 1 week later is unacceptable. I have emailed the support group and texted on the WhatsApp and am awaiting a response, but figured I can reach out here since you seem to be responsive here.

I was offered a 10% discount but when I completed the order I wasn't allowed to use the 10% because there was an approximate 7% discount. Also please reduce the number of email offers - there are too many clogging my inbox.

Ordered shoes because they said on the website it would take 5 till 7 days to delivery.. I ordered three weeks ago. A lot of spammy discount mails but no explanation why they don't deliver as promised... Better not to order here if you need your shoes for a special occasion. If I see the many 1 star reviews, I get nervous....

I was being sent various emails updating me on various styles of shoes. Several looked very interesting. I finally saw one style that really caught my eye. I decided to purchase it. I went to the website, checked the size guide and chose the shoe to buy. I do not feel swamped with notifications. I feel that they are keeping me abreast of available styles and keep me informed of what is available.

I have learned that your shoes take a VERY long time to arrive. However, you flats have great style. Sadly, I ordered 3 pairs - 2 of them are so small I cannot even slide them on. I will be returning these. So disappointing.
