Ordered an outfit for my frenchie in January. After about six weeks I started to contact them to see where it was. And I never received the product nor any messages back via phone or email. I would NOT recommend this company.

Placed a $500.00 order in Sep 2019 of winter clothes for my frenchie. Christmas passed and I finally lost it. I emailed them to find out whats going on with my order as the tracking said it was being prepared for shipment. They email me saying it had all been shipped out. In January, over a period of 2 weeks. I received 3 items which had all been shipped separate!! I ordered 13 items. So you're telling me every single thing has been sent out piece by piece. What the hell!! Email again. Get the same response. Corona happens.. i sympathize with them because of all the border lockdowns. As the months go by and many more emails ( since that's the only way they reply) I get told, they shipped everything 6 months ago and they have nothing to do with it anymore. Not that any of the items would even fit my dog anymore, as I've waited a whole year for my order!! But no offer to refund or resend the order. NOTHING! They are a complete joke and I do not reccomend buying from them.

I had purchased a package two months ago and yet still hasn't been delivered to my house. I have contacted them twice now and still nothing. Please do not waste your money or time on this website. I never write reviews either so this is really sad.

This a first time I leave a bad review, I always try to work with the companies first as I know how a bad review can hurt a business I bought the shark bad, “L” size. I looked on their size chart to find the best fit for my dogs. Unfortunately their size chart is not accurate and the “L” size I asked is actually with the “M” size measures It is being over a month that I am communicating with their customer service and when I confirmed that I want I return or a refund (I was ok with a refund of 40% of the product just to close this nightmare) they just stop to answer me. Please be careful before to buy from them! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY!!!

I ordered items that never showed up that I didn't receive a refund on AND I purchased dog bowls that were VERY expensive that were cheap and not the same size. I requested a refund within ten days of receiving them and their policy is no refunds or credit for buyers remorse. This is a cheap company in China pretending to be in the US. STAY AWAY from them. I just lost $105.00

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered 3 items 1 took 3 months to arrive and it was completely different than what was on the website and had holes throughout (dog bed). Another item came and was damaged in the packaging, looked like someone played soccer with it and opened it and it didnt work. I sent photos of both items to the representative and the first one they said I would be reimbursed, and I still have yet to see the money (3 months later), and the second defective product I sent photos on there was no response. I have followed up several times and no response.

Chinese crap!

Terrible business. Ordered several things that never arrived. The customer service was horrible and kept stalling and delaying before eventually they stopped responding to me altogether. Never received my items or a refund.
