Great customer service, follow up, integrity. Love the shoes too. Sent a new pair when the first didn’t work out. Little bit of a wait but worth it.

Customer service was excellent. The collar I ordered was a size too large and after contacting them, they immediately dispatched a smaller size without cost, and I am immensely grateful and impressed. Aside from that, I have ordered previously for other items such as clothing and those have always been great quality, so definitely recommend this store.

When the jacket we got our Frenchie was too small, we messaged Frenchie Shop, and they helped us get a new one.

Loved the jacket received, it was too small but that was an error on my end!! Emailed customer service and received a super fast response and was able to get a new jacket sent over. Communication was outstanding and the people were very helpful in getting my matter resolved. WIll definitely be ordering from them again in the near future!

Sizes not true to measurements. Extremely long delivery time. I still haven't recieved my exchange for pups winter coats. It will be summer by the time they are shipped out. Won't be ordering again.

Love their customer service! I ordered products that were too small and they were very helpful and responsive in helping me resolve this. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because my frenchie massive and there are many of the items that do not seem to come in his size.

I ordered outfits for my two frenchies. I made the mistake of not reading the measurements for each outfit. Their customer support is amazing. They are very responsive and understanding. Definitely will be buying from them again. I love their quality of outfits.
