Unexpected and brilliant customer service. I ordered two items but when they turned up neither fit. After emailing the customer service address I received a prompt reply offering to send replacements at no cost. This was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I'll definitely be buying more from the Frenchie Shop.

Although I was unable to find a size that fit my Frenchie, it was a very easy and quick responding process to get the perfect size and product for my pet. They also have so many options it’s amazing !

Frenchie Shop has tons of unique, quality Frenchie items. I ordered harnesses from several other companies and none compared to the one I ordered from Frenchie Shop. Quality product and fitted for Frenchies. I miscalculated the measurements and ordered the wrong size and their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve. Will most definitely order from them again.

The customer service was great. I ordered 2 rain coats in the same size as our harness but they were too small. Sherif offered to replace for free once I sent the measurements. They arrived today. Their products are cute and well made.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First, you think you buy from a company in USA, but they're located in China. For both pieces of clothing that I bought, I received the wrong seizes. I am waiting for my refund since the month of October. I keep writing to them and receiving an email saying that they will take care of my request, but no one writes me back. Never had a worse experience ordering anything !

I ordered a shark bed for my Frenchie but it was too small. I missed the deadline to confirm I wanted a larger size due to my mother in law passing away. I asked for a partial refund and I’d donate it to a shelter and Ariel at customer service offered to send me new items for the cost instead. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and know my baby Koko will enjoy his new items.
