Customer service was great. Very responsive and helpful. The disappointment was my package taking several weeks to arrive and what I ordered was not the correct size and now I have to wait another several weeks. Very happy that they are willing to replace my item for free.

Such an amazing backpack for my comfort and my dog Kobe. He seems to enjoy being in the backpack. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small, but the amazing customer service fixed the issue without a hassle. I will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised that I would have absolutely no issue with the product when I had to exchange it for a smaller size… the response was immediate and the process was painless … they did an excellent job with satisfying it customer !!! Thank you !!!

I ordered a dog collar, shirt and harness. All beautiful colors and material. But the collar was small and I contacted someone to help me an they were very helpful. The shipping does take awhile, think mine took 14days.(from CHINA).

Shouldn’t take 12-21days for shipping. Make sure if you order for gift you order two months ahead. Shipped from china and not in stock at American warehouse.

They have a great variety of clothes for your doggy kids. They clothes run a lil small. I ordered 2 jackets for my frenchie when I received them they were to small. After exchanging emails with customer service they said they’ll send me another one. Clothes were are worth the money and the customer service is good. Not a fan of the long wait to get my order though. Other than that my experience was good with the frenchie shop

I ordered the raised dog bowls they were $19.89 a piece and I actually found them for $2.00 total disappointment will never give my money to people who hike up the price like that. Shame on them

The item I ordered arride too small but after a couple of emails this issue was resolved, the customer service team were very helpful, the quality of the item was excellent albeit too small. That item will now be donated to our local dog charity who will get use from it
