The carrier backpack is well made w quality materials. It unzips completely on both sides to help you get your pooch into the carrier, has a latch to latch to pups harness and Velcro’s closed as well. I have several carriers but chose this one because it’s the only one I’ve found that frees her legs too. Had to exchange for large from XL but customer service was great and quick to respond.

Frenchie store has everything what you need. I ordered great set of harness, collar and leash. I had to replace harness for smaller size and customer service was amazing how fast they solved my problem. They respond for my email immediately. They really care about their customers. I will definitely order again. Thank you!

I ordered my Frenchie a coat that was too small. I emailed the customer service and had a response within 10 minutes. They sourced me a new coat that will fit and sent it to me immediately. The response I got was amazing and I have recently made another order. Outstanding customer service and brilliant support. Keep up the good work team!

We ordered the wrong size life jacket for our Frenchie, customer service was great to work with. They responded quickly and agreed to send us the proper size for our boy without making me jump through any hoops or returning the first item. Great overall experience! Thank you!

The customer service has been great, just not what expected. The backpack I ordered was too small. I am hoping the next one they send to me for free will fit.
