I ordered a harness for my frenchie and even though I measured her, it still ended up being too big on her. I emailed the store and they went above and beyond and offered to send me a smaller harness free of charge and did not even expect me to send mine back. I will definitely shop here again. The customer service was super fast and they have full intentions on satisfying their customers. Thank you so much :)

I’ve loved this company for years but they were extra accommodating when it came to a return I had to make recently. Unfortunately my dog needs a size right between 2 sizes and though they offered a free replacement for another item of the same value, I kept running into his size issue. Not their fault- he’s a weirdo and this happens everywhere! They processed the return for me right away when I requested that instead of a replacement. Fast communication, fast fixes, wonderful customer service.

I found frenchie shop online and ordered some pretty awesome clothing for my dear puppy. Unfortunately on my end I choose the wrong sizing for my pet. I reached out to their customer service department and was able to get a response within minutes of me emailing them. I was happy when they said there will be no problem with exchanging the clothing to the right size. Zero hassle and such a relief my dog will get the correct sizing.
