The jean jacket I bought for my Frenchie ended up being too snug for her to be comfortable. I needed a 2X but that style doesn't come that large. I sent out an email to their customer service and they got back to me immediately. One time offer of new item of the same price to be sent out, and Ariel was so extremely helpful. I picked out a different coat, and she got everything squared away, and got it shipped out right away. It's currently in transit as I write this. I've gotten several coats/jackets from Frenchie Shop, and with this recent top notch customer service and assistance, I will continue to shop their products. Thank you Ariel!

Ordering was so easy with this company. I had ordered the wrong size for my French bulldog. When I reached out to them. They were happy to have me send the the correct size she needed. Also they said being his was the first time I had ordered from them I would donate the items. I gave the items to a rescue place. The were so excited to receive these beautiful clothes. I have since ordered clothing for my dog and have loved the quality and fit. I highly recommend them.

Excellent product - looked very good on my French bulldog. Would suggest going a size up on measurements as was slightly tight in areas.

We bought 3 shirts and a sweater for our frenchie. Everything arrived quickly. The sweater was a little snug but Frenchie Shop quickly changed it for us. Love their stuff. So unique- great for the holidays.
