I returned two frenchie rocking chairs in August of this year and still have not received a refund or a response to my inquiry.

The products sold here are wonderful, and I love this being a Frenchie shop. I have 2 frenchies and I wanted to order them winter hoodies. I made a mistake picking the sizes and they were too small for them. This company responded immediately. They asked for the measurements so they could send me out the correct size. No extra fees or need to return the incorrect ones. I enjoy buying from this shop, and my dogs love to wear their clothing.

I ordered a sweater for my Frenchie and it was too small. I contacted them and they responded within 30 minutes. They asked me to provide measurements and no need to return the original sweater. They will replace at no cost. Great customer service!

I purchased a winter coat for my Frenchton. I ordered the wrong size and the coat did not fit. It was too tight. I contacted The Frenchie Shop and they got right back to me. They are sending out a replacement coat in the correct size at no charge. The quality of the coat was great and the customer service couldn’t have been better. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

I ordered a Pet Coat for my French bulldog but unfortunately the coat was too snug in the chest--my fault with measuring her. The coat looks like it is well made and easy to put on my squirmy dog. I contacted the Frenchie shop on how to return and exchange for a larger size. They responded to my e-mail within 24hours and informed they would be happy to send me a larger size and no need to return. Company seems very responsive and coat seems well made.

Sweater for my frenchie was a little snug, I would order up a size at least. Quality of the item was spot on, and customer service was very helpful. Would definitely order more here!
