I can’t express how amazing their customer service is. None of the items I bought were a good fit for my Frenchie and Ariel really helped me find a solution. She was really helpful, nice and quick to respond.

Ordered a coat from frenchie shop, unfortunately it was too small even though XL2, but the guys at Frenchie Shop have been nothing but excellent in their customer service, have arranged a replacement item and through the whole process have been absolutely brilliant and very helpful.

i got my frenchie parka coat just in time for christmas. unfortunately it didn't fit my large frenchie. i contacted customer service and they did a wonderful job replacing it with the right size. no hassles. no questions. thry just wanted to make it right. Awesome. it was a christmas gift and hassle free returns/repalcements from online can be difficult but The Frenchie Shop knocked it out of the park. thanks again

Frenchie Shop has excellent customer service! They swiftly helped us with our order to be sure we had the right sizes for our dog. Extra friendly and attentive--very appreciated. We can't wait for our Frenchie to enjoy the sweater and jacket!

I have a frenchie and came across their site shopping for my dog's Christmas present. My first order from the Frenchie shop - I selected a designer hoodie jacket - so adorable. it arrived and was too small. I emailed and they replied right away and helped me resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Their selection is great for humans and dogs. I will for sure shop there again based on this experience!
