Great customer support. We ordered a backpack which upon receiving was unfortunately small. I reached out for a refund, and was offered a new bag instead without needing to send the old one back. The new bag came fine and worked perfectly. Thank you!

The article I ordered for my dog was very nice but it didn‘t suit. I asked for being allowed to send it back. The answer arrived very fast. It needn‘t be sent back and I will get another one in the right size for free. The contact was fantastic and I highly recommend this shop 👍👍👍!
