I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the Frenchie Shop. I ordered a harness based on size guidelines but it did not fit. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded. They also felt I ordered the right size but sent me a smaller size to try. Ariel was the customer service agent that helped me. She did a Great Job and I really appreciate everything that was done. I had ordered from the Frenchie Shop before and will continue to do so based on this experience! Thankyou!

Great customer support. I purchased a harness and leash set; however, upon arrival, it was too big. I reached out regarding an exchange, and they offered a free replacement of a smaller size. Very satisfied.
