I inadvertently ordered the wrong size harness. Frenchie shop was very accommodating in replacing the harness in the right size and i didnt have to return the incorrect size. I would definitely buy from then again

I ordered the wrong size for my girls harness’ & i emailed customer service wondering how to go about replacing them & they promptly sent replacements in the correct size!! amazing customer service & i will for sure be using them for all my frenchie’s needs going forward!! Thank you!!

I would pick o stars if I could have. I ordered my pug a harness from them on May 3 and it still hasn’t even been shipped. It is now May18. I now I have to spend more money and go out and buy a harness for my dog. He is in the growing puppy stages and cannot wear the old one any longer. If I would’ve known all this crap was coming from China. I would’ve never ordered it. I guess I should’ve looked into things more. Will never go to this website again.

DO NOT BUY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY Size chart is 100% inaccurate and all garments are cheap Chinese imports. They are shocking to deal with and them the garments do not match the size chart they’re now ignoring me.

The refund/return policy is very considerate. The product was quality even though it was too small for my Frenchie. The company offered an exchange for a larger size without hesitation.

My frenchies are soooo comfortable and visible in the new reflective harness!! I was replacing a couple harnesses and found these online. When I received the two harnesses one was too big. The frenchie shop customer service was quick to set up an exchange to get me the proper size and VERY helpful with the communication. I love the harness and the customer service. I order many items for my French bull dogs and this has been one of my best purchases. Good quality and a good value. Thank you!!
