I ordered two items for my brand new Frenchie, a sweater and a jacket. Absolutely adorable!!! The sweater fits great because it stretches but I ordered to small of a size of the “Gucci” jacket. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! They got back to me immediately and asked for his measurements and are sending me out a new one as a one time complementary transaction without sending back the one I ordered. Sad he doesn’t fit the one I ordered him, but I will give it to a good home and I will definitely be ordering a lot more outfits from this amazing company and making sure I measure my pup, right 😂🙌🏼 Thank you Frenchie shop, you guys rock!

I am beginning to think this website is a scam. I ordered products a month ago and have not received notification. They have been shipped. I have emailed the company twice and they say they’ll look into it but never get back to me.

Customer service was very satisfactory. My dog bed had a split in the seam. Ariel asked for a picture. I sent it and she wrote back and said they would send a replacement. Very pleased with results.

Amazing customer service! I ordered several items and they did not fit my Frenchie. I reached out to send back for replacement and the customer service team took care of the rest. They even asked for the measurements so they could help size my pup and put her in the best looking outfits. The quality of the items that were delivered were great. I will definitely be buying more in the future.
