The item's are cute AND their customer service is truly centered around customer satisfaction. I have found their support to be honest and prompt.

I ordered a harness sized based on their guidelines and it arrived over three weeks later too small. With the return policy the way it is I will not be able to get a refund and who knows how long the exchange between returning the old product to get a product that does fit. Also claimed to be based out of Delaware yet uses outside sources beyond the US to produce their product. I was very discouraged with this and received no feedback. However, the website claims to have 24 hour customer service care with no situation.
