Ich hatte eine Jacke bestellt mit Ärmeln. Auf Grund der starken Beinmuskulatur passten die Ärmel leider nicht. Mir wurde angeboten anstatt diese Jacke zurück zu schicken, mir etwas mit gleichem Wert auszusuchen. Ich habe mich für eine neue Jacke entschieden. Es wurden zum sicheren Abgleich nun nochmal die genauen Maße abgefragt, welche ich an den Service geschickt habe. Mir wurde nun der Versand in der passenden Größe zugesichert. Ich warte nun auf die neue Lieferung aber der Service bisher war ausnahmslos perfekt

I ordered a Frenchie sweat shirt and received. Shipping was slow. I did measure according to the charts but the shirt was way too small. I contacted customer support and they opted to replace it with any item of the same price. They did not require me to send the item back which is great. The support team has promptly responded by email and have promised the replacement item of my choice.
