Wonderful customer service , ordered a too small size and they promptly returned my email . Jacket that came was super cute and well made so wanted to exchange for a larger , they made it seamless and are sending me a new one at no extra charge . Will definitely order from them again .

I had ordered a harness for my Frenchie puppy, and by the time it arrived, it was too small. I reached out to the Frenchie Shop’s, customer service, & they were great. I wanted to exchange it for the next size up. Instead, they insisted on just sending me the correct size. I wasn’t asking for that, or expecting that, but it was great. Needless to say, I waited to write the review until I received the larger, new harness. It was definitely, worth the wait. It fits her great with room to grow. It’s also the softest, most comfortable harness, I’ve felt, or seen, while still being strong. My product was the, Quick Fit Harness, in pink.

We used the guide on the site. The shoes come far too small. We email them, the guide in their email is completely different? I email them the new sizes (not that much different? So that was worrying) and then after 2 weeks they say they never received my sent email (it was a direct reply) and so I will not get the exchange. They are shih tzu mixes, so not hugely big dogs so I don't know where to donate these overly small sandals but I am very disappointed.

The customer service is amazing! I ordered a harness and leash set for my frenchie, I went by the measurements on the chart but unfortunately it ended up being too big. I contacted them and they got back to me right away! They asked for the measurements of my frenchie to make sure their charts are accurate, they sent me a new one that is one size smaller AT NO CHARGE and I did not have to send back the first one!!! They were beyond wonderful to work with and I would definitely purchase from them again! Highly recommend!
